Unfortunately we didn’t had time yesterday to write this article as we promised but anyway, here it is, all the denence drills.
There are eight drills created for your defenders and not only. If you are looking to train your defensive skills here is all you need to know about them:
PRESS THE PLAY
Intensity: Hard, -3% condition
Attributes: Aggression, Tackling, Marking, Positioning, Bravery
Training experience points: +4 per player
PIGGY IN THE MIDDLE
Intensity: Easy, -1.5% condition
Attributes: Fitness, Aggression, Passing, tackling, Positioning
Training experience points: +2 per player
GOALKEEPER TRAINING
Intensity: Hard, -3% condition
Attributes: Reflexes, Agility, Throwing, Kicking, Aerial reach
Training experience points: +4 per player
USE YOUR HEAD
Intensity: Easy, -1.5% condition
Attributes: Creativity, Passing, Positioning, Heading
Training experience points: +2 per player
STOP THE ATTACKER
Intensity: Medium, -2.25% condition
Attributes: Strength, Dribbling, Tackling, Marking, Bravery
Training experience points: +3 per player
DEFENDING CROSSES
Intensity: Medium, -2.25% condition
Attributes: Crossing, Marking, Heading, Bravery, Aerial reach
Training experience points: +3 per player
VIDEO ANALYSIS
Intensity: Very easy, -0,75% condition
Attributes: Creativity, Positioning, Bravery, Communication
Training experience points: +1 per player
ONE LINE OF DEFENCE
Intensity: Medium, -2.25% condition
Attributes: Marking, Positioning, Communication, Concentration
Training experience points: +3 per player
